Most definitely and all government have them. They can get to certain people when no one else can like the army. There always have been and always will be. You just never know who they are!!! My opinion!!!!

absolutely they r government paid assasins to kill political leaders who r influential.the government will use them when they say against them or DO some insult .VERY GOOD EXAMPLE IS CIA
FOR KILLING FIDEL CASTRO USED BY SOME(*******) COUNTRY AGAINST HIM TO KILL BUT TILL NOW ALL THE ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN FOILED
