With peace comes apathy of the atrocity of war - which eventually will lead to the absence of reason why not to go to war - which leads to more war.... like the saying those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. What do you think?

I don't believe it's in our nature to be without war and fighting. I think we should look to find peace within ourselves and with God. Asking for peace on Earth would be asking everyone in the entire world to stop fighting. And not just on a large global scale. It would have to be within cities, homes, people's lives. If we could stop everyone from fighting on a small scale then it would be possible. But we can't. People fight and sometimes countires fight. it's just more people involved.

We should always strive for peace, but also accept the inevitability of war, since war is the nature of life.

Most of the fight takes place coz of internal conflict in a person with-in.
you are absolutely right ; our goal should be to achieve and attain Peace; only If each individual find what they really want in life and find ones own Peace then ,I think we won't require any such goal.we have to tame our minds to tame our future.

You do not have to fight just to stop apathy.Just keep peole knowledgable of that very thing and keep teaching it and dont let the reminders of history die,so there is no repeating

war is meaning less only serves one master////death////the money spent on war is ill spent,i don't understand,it all adds`up to just a game of shattered lives,kind of sick ,
