The Hulk, if the battle stays on the planet. With each passing second the Hulk gets more and more angry; his strength increases geometrically, eventually exceeding even that of the Man of Steel. There would be no consideration of the consequences of the destruction caused by the battle. That was Supes problem. If he had battered Doomsday into outer space, that would have been the end, Doomsday could not fly.
Now, If Doomsday lands a blow that puts the Hulk in high orbit, even the Hulk can't hold his breath forever.

No matter how angry the Hulk gets he would never stand a chance against Doomsday. Doomsday killed Superman before, while all the times the Hulk as fought Superman he always gets beat down.

I'm going to weigh in on this and call it for the Hulk.
I never liked Doomsday as a character and thought
the story for him was cheesy.
the madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets!!
