Radio Shack has these things called XMods - they're r/c cars that can be upgraded. You can put on lights, upgrade the engine and tires, etc. I bought one for my 14 y/o nephew and he loved it!

Thats easy. Do you have a big screen TV? WE have a 42 inch. Maybe have a video game party. Boys love video games. Get him a new system and some new games and invite his friends over. Of course cake and maybe make his favorite meal.

If he has a pc or a ps2 you can buy him a games....i recomend GTA..San Andreas....this is the best Grand theft auto in the world...you should buyit for him...
