Am I a walking cyborg?

A lot of weird things about my body have happened. When my eyes go blurry, sometimes they adjust immediately and perfect to vision. Do I have implants?

And more importantly, was my telepathy (where the world receives my thoughts -not counting typed words- and where I can't receive others usually)...Was my telepathy made by an organization or group of people?
