you never see it advertised as a job (at least not around stoke on trent where im from). Im really interested in doing this tyoe of job but havent got a clue how to go about it!!

Why not try contacting some local estate agents near to you - they might even have a vacancy!! They normally train on the job - and personalitiy is often more important than anything.

You don't look for them, if your willing, they will find you...
Or you could just ask in your local centre, they usually have something available in the area if they are a bigger brand. I guess they don't advertise because they would probably be constantly advertising and probably get a lot of interest coming to them as well.
You could also search estate agent websites and look at they will usually have a vacancy section. if they are any good.

Just send your CV to every agent in your area and tell them you agree to have your conscience removed, which in my experience with them is a must!
