That sounds like the start of an interesting poem.
If you don't mind my quoting the Bible, "you reap what you sow."
If a person is cold (withdrawn), unforgiving, timid, afraid, or just plain mean... the world will seem like a cold and scary place. People are not always kind, or fair, or equitable, but generally they respond well to kindness, friendship, goodwill. If you sow these things, you will find that most people respond in kind. The world is what you make of it, for better or for worse. Give without expectation of return, so that you are not disappointed. Never give what you cannot afford to lose, because things (including kindness) are often not returned. However, in general, you will find that people return kindness, respect, and affection to those who give it to them. You have to be willing to be the first to offer. If everyone stands around waiting for the other person to be nice, or to show respect before it is given, then no kindness or respect would ever be seen. True strength and courage are in the ones who are willing to offer themselves first.

uhh guy who said global warming has nothing to do with it getting cooler hence the warming part, so it gets warmer, sorry i dont think i have an answer to your qustion because i am confused if you mean literaly why is it so cold or why are people so cold if you tell me i cna give you an answer
