ok.. hows this... everyone in here is totally stupid.. here is what you should do...
You should pick a place where you both like.. Hawaii, Vegas, New York, or San Francisco. Find a 4 star hotel. Spend the money, don't be cheap. When you call to book, ask for the "IN HOUSE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT" do not book on the internet. Make sure the agent your talk to works at the hotel. Book the best room in the hotel and tell them it's your honeymoon and you want to make it super special! Then after you book, call the concierge. Have the conciege set up a bottle of French Champange, 1 dozen long stem red roses... no baby's breath, that is tacky! and 12 chocolate covered stawberries. Have the concierge set up the room at turndoen with rose petal on the bed and ice water. Also have him set up two massage therpist to come up and give a couples massage at around 8ish before you you rock her world. Bring a bottle of chocolate syrup and a can or two of whipped cream! make it super special for her.. Bring a camera and take some picture and send it to me... I wanna see you two getting it on! woot woot! HOLLA!

Pick some where that has places to visit and things to see and do. Since it's winter, a place that is warm would be best. Then decide what you need to wear for that locality. Being in love and together will make any where you go exciting etc.
As a gift, you could give her a hand written gift card for anything she wants when she wants it. That way she can pick what she wants and you can't go wrong.

Someplace that is of interest to both of you--hopefully you know what she likes. One of the big theme parks, like Disney or Universal, can be fun for newlyweds. Lot to do. Or maybe go to the beach, provided it is still warm there.
