If nothing else works, as a last resort I use The Works bathroom cleaner on the stain. It has taken out rust and other things that even bleach wouldn't touch. Be warned though, it is a last resort as it is not meant for clothes and may ruin some fabrics.

try boiling it for 3-5 minutes. i do that to my husbands shirts, if it is a white shirt,that has a yellow tinge to it. just plain water,no soap.

take it to the dry cleaner. Although, in my husband's case, i usually just end up replacing the shirt.
