what makes them a leader worth following?
how do you relate to following? what meaning does the word "following" carry for you?

At the moment i have to say my lover...is the leader in my life, because as a leader he has charisma, and can get me/others to do what he wants them to, having said that i myself am a leader, why? because i live my passion, and people like what they see, and follow it, i think the key to being an effective leader is to do what you want, but all the time pretend that i am doing what the people want, so speech, the art of persuasion all come into play. To be a leader you have to have self belief no one can be a leader if they have no self confidence in who you are as a person, or what they are capable of.
The meaning of the word following means i actually want a piece of their being, their thoughts, their spirit, their knowledge, their passion etc.... that is what following means to me...but only if i think they are worth following.

There is no ONE leader in life , my life or , for that matter, anyone`s life. There are meany leaders in many phases of life , each important as the other. The common parameter in ALL the leaders is that I should be able to respect , emulate and follow the leader to improve myself . Actually "following" is not the correct world. "Emulating:" is a better description.
I would consider a leader is one who , I feel, has the ability to mould ME into a leader. The leader should not be afraind of me as , ultimately, I will replace him.

Oh my corrupted and dirty Government officers are my leader because life is easier without their corrupted power intervene our life of livelihood and Singaporeans excellent in this area. Obey and follow even it is wrong to do so. Too bad I don't have the chances. haha..
