i drink about 12 and that seems a little high.

I've limited myself to one cup per day, and only before 10am, nothing after that. You'll be amazed at how easily you fall sleep in the evenings after that...

I drink about 8 cups per day. Some days it could even be more. I know it's a little high.

But the coffee drinkers I know drink about 3-4 cups a day. (And I mean like 8 oz. cups. not those huge 22 oz (or whatever) size things you get from Starbucks or wherever.)

Wow that's a lot of coffee. Do you feel high from all that coffee? I used to drink 2 but switched to tea.

don't drink any as I'm allergic to the coffee bean but drink about 10 glasses or cups of tea per day.

3 is plenty for me.
I used to work with a guy that pretty much drank it all day, and would have a cup of vending machine coffee (usually not the most quality kind) in his hand, within 15 minutes of quitting time, and he lived only a few blocks from work...
