Probably because your brain is occupied. You will find that, when you are just idling the time, you count the minutes. When you are busy, you percieve that time flies by. That's why most people prefer a busy day at work.

The reason: because you are using the computer.

Try some tedious things other than using a computer. And I believe you will feel time is passing by slowly.

BTW: It is Einstein's theory of relatively, not Newton's.

It may be because of Newtons Theory of relativity

Eg : when you are with your loved ones 1 min is like 1 sec and when you are in a boring lecture in college 1 sec is like 1 min
