your bathroom is way colder than the water!

I've seen water barely above freezing steaming because it's so cold outside.

since your body is obviously warm, you are bound to heat the water that comes into contact with you even if just alittle bit. since there is alot of humidity in a bathroom, and since glass is a good conductor of heat, therefore colder than the air, the mirror fogs as a result of the warm water/moisture from your body condenses on the mirror.

Obviously the cold water is not as cold as you think. It's adding moisture and a bit of heat to the room which condenses out on your colder mirror.

Maybe you are a steamy lady?

Seriously, when you exhale you emit water vapor (we all do, so don't feel self conscious) and that may be what's condensing on your mirror.

You are more rugged than I if you are taking cold showers in a cold bathroom.

The water is cold, but you are not! Water will evaporate off your skin and surrounding objects and condense on the mirror!

If you've ever been in a pool, you know that water always feels cooler than air at the same temperature. So, Eugene's answer is most probably the best one.
