My first "proper" job, I pretended I was able to drive - had to learn very fast when I got the job.....!

Have I ever gotten a job I wanted without a little white lie ? Of course not.
I have to pretend I'm mature and care about customer service each time I need work.

I got a job as a waitress at 15. Pretended to be 16.

No, can't say that I have. I think if I did that I'd be paranoid all the time that people would find out the truth and I'd get fired, which would make me pretty ineffective at my job.

yes, I lied about my age to be a fellow member of a brothel
just kidding!
I lied about beling able to use microsoft office applications when I applied for the position of a clerk/typist at a law firm.
