People tend to be wary of Arabs because a lot of Arabs tend to hate Americans. Or at least that is the perception.
Its hard to like someone if you think they are trying to kill you.

No, they would you if you were a muslim extreemist who said everyone who doesn't agree with you should die. It's not your ethnicity that condems these people, it's their ideology.
