I like PVC and use northboundleather.com.
they are from my hometown of Toronto and I have never been disappointed. I had to exchange a corset and they were so fast getting the correct size to me. They are so courteous too.
I'm not certain if they do bright colours but you can look online.

I know how you feel I to am rather tall, and heavy and wear a size 15 shoes, I would look for a cork sole with a vinyl top and a low heal, try a store that sells Swedish footwear, you may find some at Health food shops, even a canvas top is fine.

Try Lane bryant or Torrid. Both have websites and both carry at least a bit of leather. In fact Lane Bryant has a skirt I've been eyeing but can't afford. (Alas poverty stinks)

im sorry to say but wot u are saying is like so wrong. first of all wearing leather is not so nice, think of all the animals that are b-ing killed so people like you can wear them...not nice. also, size 20...leatherclothes? a deffinite no. clothes for that size women are never nice or flattering so ....leather? its one of the most unflattering materials for clothes...along with satin. please, dont do it...that way u wont humiliate urself and you wont kill animals. thats better for all of us , and the animals and us that will see a woman sized 20 walking around with a white (white?) leather jacket or thong................sorry , harsh but soo true..
