Is that really possible?

I am not saying the age issues but the evolution of LOVE.

There are too many cute technical things we are enjoying. Do these make us simple? Or complex.

Thru text messages, long sweet loving sentences are squeezed. simple.

With webcam, just turn it on and you see the loved one every minute. simple

We don't receive mailed white papers written blue ink handwriting any more. So often we ignore the spelling because MS-Word will do the spelling check for us as we click the button before sending it out. all vocabularies correct, good. however, something missed.

We don't read the one's face when s/he happily tells how happy s/he is today! Voice. Just voice. Without the vivid facial expressions. The story becomes kinda dull as our imagination is drowning in the practical life. It's like B&W TV set. something missed.

The internet was born. We became techie's. Everything was at our fingertips, even love or what people thought was love. But its a 3 dimensional kinda computer thing and the thing missing is as you put it, the heart. All the senses combined cannot replace what we feel inside. We can touch something, or hear a soothing voice but it doesnt take the place interacting with another person. Seeing their facial expressions when they speak, reaching out to touch their hand, or hold them or simply watch them sleep. All the phone calls in the world or typed out messages cannot take the place of "presence".

Hello there!

This is really good question.I wonder all the time about this. It is called a lack of originality. Everything is computerizing now...and visualized...

But hey, there are always some ways to show love in a original way...even with new advanced technology.

My friend shows me love every day by doing sweet notes with computer programs...and I just love it.

There is no obstacle when it comes to love. When the feeling is true...everything seems original.

I hope I helped you!

Actually, someone said that things are simply as it is... LOVE...
some think love is a commodity...
some think love is a tool of deception...
some think love is a self-deception...
some are afraid of it...
some are expressive of it too much...
some express it less....
some people give love only to a select few...
some people just send it to everyone...
some people just think of it...
some people just feel it...
Love can never be defined...

Leo Buscaglia, an author, once said from the book The Little Prince by Saint-Exupery. "Love is my leading you gently back to yourself." Isn't that nice...

Love just became faster and bigger with the new technology... I hope you see it that way...
The love you knew before is still the same... it just has different applications and techniques...now.

I hope you got my idea... It never stops evolving... I hope you evolve with it too... Add these new things and you can have a different ball game... Isn't it exciting?!!

I hope you had some idea from my answer... Have fun bro!!!
That's part of love... ;-)

You are assuming that everyone expresses love simply through the internet. This may be common for teens or long distance internet romances, but I think you are mistaken that most couples in ordinary every day life express love through the internet. I think in that case it is RARE for that to occur.

"love as you know it" exists only in your head. the same can be said for anyone. It will die when they do.
