Sure it is. Yoga pants are made to be comfortable and give you flexibility. That's the point. Who wears them makes no difference at all. I believe most clothes should be unisex anyway, so I would say it makes perfect sense for you to wear them.

Yoga pants for girls are made for girls. Yoga pants for boys are made for boys. The crotch won't fit right on a boy if he is wearing girls pants and it may be embarrassing for him and the women in the class.
