I don't know, whether THIS was anything, to DO with the question, but, - in the pub game of DARTS, (on a standard board), - a SCORE of 23, is the LOWEST score that CANNOT be obtained, using just ONE dart! One to twenty, are straightforward, - of course, - 21 can be obtained by hitting TREBLE 7, - 22 (double 11), - 24 (TREBLE 8 or DOUBLE 12). 23 is IMPOSSIBLE to hit with a SINGLE dart!
