My neice is turning 16 and she deserves a great gift, she does great in school and has turned into a very responsible young lady. She has all the usual stuff, MP3 player...etc. besides a car what can I get her?

Umm.....well, it kinda depends on the girl you want to buy i for. If she's the great girl you say she is, get her something she deserves and will like. I would recommend jewelry, a purse, or perfume. Maybe you can take her someplace she loves or give her a gift card or some money for a shop she likes so she can buy something of her choice. There's nice jewelry at Macy's, purse's can come from Macy's too or from a designer like Gucci, and for perfume, just go to any nice store. Possibly get a charm bracelet. You could always treat her to lunch or dinner and invite her friends too. Its really sweet that you're asking a question like this. I hope you find a nice present!! Good Luck :)

that'd depend on what she likes. maybe a not-too-expensive but durable laptop; a USB flash drive for extra data storage; a diary or planner to keep organized; a book in whichever genre she likes (if she reads books)... those sorts of stuff... but it's a lot more convenient if you give her gift certificates or money, so that she can choose what she'd want to buy... trust me, i was 16 last year...

take her to the mall let her pick out the gift within the price range you set and then to lunch or dinner
