Take a large, clean garbage can (the plastic type with a screw-on lid).
Fill it with moist vermiculite / peat moss, about 2-3 feet high. You can stick a few branches / leaves on top. Put the female in it. You can lay a piece of mesh over the opening - clamp it down securely, and you can put a heat lamp overtop.
She should then dig her way down to the bottom to lay her eggs.
If she does not, you may have to consult a vet because egg-bound females can die.

THE REASON SHE HAS NOT LAY-ED HER EGGS IS CAUSE SHE IS NOT HAPPY IN THE CAGE SHE IS IN, TRY GIVING HER A CONTAINER WITH MOIST POTTING SOIL, PREFERABLY ORGANIC, OR VERMICULITE IF U HAVE. THEY ALSO PREFER A DEEP SUBSTRATE TO DIG INTO.
IF THAT DOES NOT WORK TRY GIVING HER EXTRA CALCIUM ON HER FOOD, IT WILL HELP.
HOPE IT HELPS,
MIKE,
