The bank with the best fixed deposit rate has always been Maybank. There are much better alternatives than fixed deposits though.

maybank I-SAVVY fixed deposit... if u are senior citizen is hongleong finance...
u may consider investin unit trust...i made a little fr it... its much faster than fixed deposit. if u r interested,,, can recomended finexis planner for u..sales charge is lower than banks!
