she stood by him when he cheated in exchange for his support when she wanted to run for president?

I read this opinion on an article by Bill O'Reilly and was curious what others thought about it.

Why would some women resent that? And why should it make any difference as to whether or not she would make a good president?

Continuing to think about how she handled her marriage, rather than her stand on issues and policies is irresponsible and incredibly stupid. This is a vital time in America's history...the choice for president is incredibly important. And discussing issues such as these trivializes the process and the importance of America's choice.

I'm losing hope that America will ever have enough intelligence or responsibility to elect a good and decent President...for all the right reasons. (And by the way, that doesn't necessarily mean Hillary...)

No come on! Women are intelligent beings that can see through all that i will stand by my man stuff. They know she had to say it to keep the image of the Presifent from total collapse.

They reason they don''t like her beacuse she has no leaderships skills. Just hope Hilary don't get back in the white house ( and if she takes Bill back there with her) .."no intern will be safe from that man.." Vote for Conaleesa Rice she is a real diplomat and does not wear her race on her sleeve

Her marriage(?) is between she and Bill. It is a well-known fact that they had an agreement to ignore his infidelities for years. They also have an agreed political agenda which affects the entire country. I don't resent her decision. I do resent the lies and coverups. I would never vote for her as she is not trustworthy, wants to tax us further and is the ultimate radical liberal. Of course she will pretend to be a centrist, liberal or conservative to suit whoever she is trying to win. We would never really know where she stands.

That's what they think, but to just judge her on that is wrong because they really do not know what went on between her and Bill, and further more it is none of my or anybody else's business why she chose to stand beside him.

Hillary is resented because of whitewater, Vince Foster, and whatever other skeletons are in her closet!

If she had NOT stood by him, and divorced him instead she would now be the Republican candidate for the presidency. In stead of hating her they would adore her. Politics do make for strange bedfellows!

She DID NOT stand by him. It was ALL POLITICAL. See what she is doing today? If there had been a *blowup* she would not be where she is today.
