Ive found the best place for these kind of films is amazon.com. if it hasn't been released on DVD they would most likely have the video available.
I've found all manner of obscure and interesting stuff on amazon, give 'em a try

And, by the way, his name is Mario Lanza (not Lanzer). You might find it easier to find him on Amazon if you spell his name right.

My mum got my grandma it for Chistmas off ebay.The video of it is hard to find though, but I think the DVD might be easier to get.
Make sure you spell his name right, there's no telling what you could find if you get it wrong!
