I graze all the time anyway, this morning have had cereal, yoghurt, cup a soup, half a sandwich, dried apricots - i just nibble all day long at work - dont tend to eat much on weekends hahaha

I graze when I am at work because there is always food around. I don't necessairly have to be hungry. IF I DON'T EAT, I WILL BE IN DANGER OF DEFLATING!

Ohhh Yesss!!! Not good if im hungry when in a supermarket - I buy all sorts of cakes, biscuits etc - then dont eat them for days!!!
