To get admitted to an MS In USA you need to have a 12+4 years of education. Since you have finished your B.Sc, you should do another year of M.Sc and then apply to universities in USA. A 3 year B.Sc degree from India is not enough to be admitted to an MS in USA, regardless of your job experience.

Why not? US has the highest number of Indians national study in the States! You sure will get in!
By the way, you have not tell us which Uni you graduated? IIT?
IIT is still the best University in entire India. You can get into Caltech or MIT with good result! :) There is a way to get sponsor but you have to be smart!
