As ,little as I know about palmistry and all that kind of stuff I have never met one who predicted someones demise, yes I can relate to a reading I had in my 20's, but only in retrospect, she told me about my character and career and that I would have a child which would be the centre of my world, ironically at the time Id been told Id never conceive, so I believed she was talking about a new niece in the family who I was very fond of. A couple of decades later I now have two children, both of whom for their own reasons are the centre of my world. So yes I can kind of relate what was said all those years ago to my now current situation, as to you worrying about reaching your 65th birthday, DONT you are more likely to worry yourself to ill health through anxiety. You are in control of your own life you ARE healthy, Don't clock watch, Enjoy life, and you will be able to look back and smile with how you past your mile stone in more ways than one. I'm sure others will tell you how they have over come their predictions. The power of believing something is enormous, people use their faiths to over come many challenges.
Be positive.

Just coincidences I assure you. The lines on your hands are nothing more than skin crease marks. They allow stretch and relax movements. Nothing to do with fortunes or predicting fate.
You are a grown man. You should know by now that this is simply fun fair junk and makes good money for some old Gypsy lookalike. Enjoy what you do have left. Don't waste it over some stupid prediction. If these people are so good at predicting, why can't they get the winning lottery numbers, or winning racehorses?

I wouldn't worry. Prophesies are statistically coincidences, and co-incidences do happen, no matter how unlikely they seem. No one has ever been proven to have made a real prophesy that came true. Fortune tellers are con-merchants.

Don't worry too much - or the stress could get you! (that would be what's known as a "self fulfilling prophesy").

Please write back after August to prove your worries are unfounded.

I don't believe in that stuff, only God can control when you live and die. If you are worried, contact me for help. I'm a Christian and would be happy to chat.

If you're a Christian, death is the thing that should fill you with excitement and satisfaction - without wanting to sound morbid!

But personally I can't WAIT to see Jesus! It's just the way I die I'm concerned about!

In Buddhism, I learned that there is such thing which called 'Karma'. It means that whatever we do, we have to be responsible for it. But, Karma can be changed according to our deeds too. Good deeds will compensate bad karmas and bad deeds will add on to our bad karmas- hence change our 'fated' life. In other words, no astrologer can really prophesies any humans life 100% unless that human wants to stick on to it. Read some Buddhism books to learn more about Karma. It can surely help you. Anyway, there is nothing to be afraid of if you have lived your life well. If not, start it now, you will surely feel better. God bless you.

Don't be, she got lucky, they are a complete con. Go lead a long happy life. It was a long time ago you saw this fortune teller, maybe you haven't remembered it like she told you and have subconsciously changed it over the years to fit in with your life. I say again they are con artists, forget about it and get on with your life i guarantee you will still be around for many years yet.

Did she also tell you lots of things which didn't come true (you will have a dog called Rover), but you are selectively remebering specific things? Mind you, if you predict enough peoples' lives, some are bound to become 'true' by sheer statistics

If you worry, you are only likely to make yourself ill, and possibly fulfil her prediction. Palm reading is utter garbage. Ignore it.

I say if you believe in a palm reader, then you should believe in God. Only God can turn things around for us. I think you at some rate believed on this reading so much so, that you have lived out your whole entire life subconsciously, now you need to do like Hezekiah in the bible, ask God to forgive you for your sins and ask him to extend your life. Ask him to reverse the curse. If you don't feel like God can do all things ( which I don't Know why ) go out and get some term life insurance for your wife. I be will to put my life on God turning your life around. You will not die, you will live to see a healthy and happy life. Now praise God and Live

Prophesies do come true, but usually they are self fulfilling, like she put these things into your mind you know, the power of suggestion? And you heard it, believed it, now you are living it. If you keep thinking it is true it will be, it is a self fulfilling prophesy. Now I will tell I propohesi that you live to be a very old man like at least 80 years old will you belive it? please do and keep it in your mind. You will be fine.

Ask me again in a year.

I'm just kidding, don't take any notice of my nastiness. I hate to say it though, we are ALL going to die, so it really doesn't matter if you have one more day or 50 years left. It's gonna happen, so spend your time doing things that makes you happy. It's the philosophy I live by and thanks to you I now know to strike 'go get your palm read' off the list. :-)
