Scott K if everyone thought like you the world might be a better place but they fear pthers for their lack of confidence and inferiority complexes. They point fingers, blame, and put down others in order to make themselves feel better!
Fariewhite the difference betweent he NEW Black Panthers is they are non violent and so is the NAACP. THey instead try to work amongst the black community in order to uplift from the inside. SO many blacks have excluded themselves from others and have complexes that are bred in us fromm ages ago. We celbrate our pride of heritage and old culture.
Where as the KKK want to "take back America" fromt he darkies. They feel this is their home as if they didnt take it from the Native Americans.

And you should know that skin color doesn't make a person a racist or a slave owner.
Ok, sonny. My family didn't get here till the early 20th century. That's about 50 years after slavery was abolished.
You got the KKK and The New Black Panthers and the NAACP. What makes one more racist then the other?
Think about your question and maybe repost it worded better. because to me you sound like the racist.
************
Do you honestly think that people don't know the history of slavery? And I think you need to educate yourself on the Black Panther and The New Black Panthers. They aren't about equality, they are about the black man being superior, not equal...the same as the KKK. You can make any excuse you want, the only person that holds you back is yourself. No me because I am white, but you because you fell into the belief that the white man holds you back.
You have labeled all white people and that makes you no better then anyone who labels a black person just because he is black.
I also think you should know that it was warring african tribes that sold africans to the white man.
****************
FaerieWhings.....FaerieWhings....not FarieWhite. And it said so in the email I sent you. You choose to ignore that, David and use a term that would segregate me from you. The email said that we are all equal. ALL equal. And to generalize like Scott did was racist and wrong. How can we get a world of equality if people are constantly looking for things to seperate us. Yes we should celebrate our individualtiy, as well as our similarities.

First, you need to learn proper sentance structure. It makes for easier reading.
Next, I don't know where you get that it is just 'whites' (there's racism for you - HOW many different nationalities are you lumping under that?) that are racist? May I point out that many African-Americans in America at least, are suddenly demanding (yes, demanding) their 'fair share' of everything, based solely on the fact that a hundred years ago slavery was legal in PART of the USA. None of those that are currently yelling for 'equal rights' (meaning defer to them over anyone else) or screaming 'predjudice' were ever accorded treatment any worse than anyone else in this country, and often were treated better than many.
I worked in retail for a time, and had an African-American girl that worked near my area come in and demand, not ask, that I hold some items for her that she wanted to buy when she got off work. She shopped when she should have been working. When I refused, she IMMEDIATELY accused me of predjudice. I agreed, to her shock. Then I told her I am predjudiced against stupid, arrogant people that think the world owes them a living.
Congratulations, dear, you have joined the ranks of those I am predjudiced against.

This is just nauseating. You have a bunch of ignorant racists picking which football team to support based on the color of the head coach and the AP is just going right along with it, eyes wide with wonderment, as if it's the most natural thing in the world.
Do you think the AP would be writing the same kind of piece if you had racists like Joe Biden and Robert Byrd talking about how important it was to them to have a team with a white coach winning the Super Bowl? Would the AP be putting a pleasant spin on it if you had some white guy say something like, "We know that a white man's gonna win the Super Bowl!" or "It's always a white thing for me, even if it's ice skating." Of course, they wouldn't -- and they shouldn't.
Racist behavior is wrong, no matter what the race of the person engaging in it happens to be.

I think you would make sense if you had just not typed out a 14 line run-on sentence with no normal capitalization.
From what I can make of it (I am dyslexic and such a sentence is very difficult for me to read), I say the following:
White people do not corner the market on racism and bigotry. Racists and bigots come in all colors and nationalities. You made, from what I can glean from that massive run-on sentence, a massive generalization of White people as racist. Not all White people hate Blacks, are in the KKK, or are racist in any way.
Does that not make you, yourself, racist?
I saw somewhere in there your very true statement that skin color does not matter. It is the person inside.
However, you invalidated your own suggestion by the rasist generalization of Whites that charactarized this post.

Racism comes from all different races not just whites. For some reason, you believe the racism of the Black Panther Party is justified because the KKK is racist as well. So youre justifiying one and condemning the other. Really sounds like you have some racist tendencies of your own. Get the plank out of your own eye first before you point out the speck in anothers.

Um slavery ended many years ago. And what about all the blacks that rob stores, and rape girls, and murder? Why do you think it's just white people? Statistically there are more blacks than anyone in prison.
2006 Statistics
" 8.1 percent of black men - about one in 13 - are incarcerated, compared with 2.6 percent of Hispanic men and 1.1 percent of white men."
and it's not because the courts are racist too. There are just as many blacks that are racist as whites. Why are you up here asking such a controversial question? You do realize you are just making more people mad than getting a great answer. Racism will never end. So maybe you should ignore it.

Racism isn't so bad in some countries e.g Canada
The United states has a long history of hate and violence and I believe that only racial integration will help solve this problem.
Peace!

We in India, believe that racism is a thing of the past. Your question is a revelation. The black need to double up their efforts to improve their lot, by educating themselves, concentrating their energy and time in economic development of their communities. They have to strengthen their families and consolidate their traditional values. These measures will strengthen image in the minds of the whites, who will have no reason feel superior to the black.

I'm fine with that but let's stop ALL racism; not just black people just because they're so easily angered. We should work to end racism against ALL races, or just not bother at all.
