It always reminds me of kids with there nappy/dipper showing.
i saw one trying to get onto a bike yesterday. now that was funny he had to get on like a girl....well hard.

that is only somewhat they're dealing with,albeit between the silliest stages there is.only yet another celebration of sheep mentality.with any luck,even as they're older,they'll seem lower back at what they recognized like wearing those stupid pants,and imagine"OMG! How might want to I actually were so stupid???" each and every era does that.For me,it develop into stretch pants and mohair sweaters lower back interior the 60's even as i develop into youthful and sturdy-lookin'!

I still see it all the time here in the States. I think that it demonstrates a definite lack of individuality to blindly follow a trend like that. Not to mantion that it just looks sloppy to see a guy wearing a $90 pair of pants around his knees.

I am a guy and I hate the low pants showing off half the boxers but sometimes I do let my thong panty waisband peek out just so the girls can see I am wearing pretty panties from Victorias secret

Maybe when they are being chased and have to run like a fookin' penguin!!! I saw a guy with an arm load of take-out food trying to unlock his car door. He let go of his pants and down they went in front of a large window full of people watching!

So good to see I'm not alone in hating this look! Its so bad, saw a group of teenage lads all with thsi look, but one had his pants/trousers so low that they were actually under his butt! Just kept watching, waiting for them to fall off completely! He had to keep on hand in his pocket to stop that happening.....so cool....Needs the girls to tell the guys!!!!' hey mate, you look really dumb'

i think you confused one of the other americans in here. in the US pants are trousers, slacks, etc. we call them "boxers"- is that not a term you use in the uk? funny how we use different words. i mean you guys curse in a whole different fashion then us yanks- lol.
