Orange juice in the morning, a good book, a good movie, dinner with my friends, give a concert (I am a pianist), music, traveling, a beautiful full moon, to be healthy, my birthday, a nice conversation with someone, sometimes to look at the canals in Amsterdam, where I live, to visit my home town, Madrid, etc,etc...Many other thinks make me upset... I guess depends on how you appreciate things and how open you are to what live offers, for good or bad. I think is impossible to be happy if you don't permit yourself to be sad sometimes...I am happy to be alive!

The truest happy things that happen to me is when I have surprised both my self and whoever else is around in being right about something intellectual. The other is emotionally bonding with someone and helping them escape from a unhealthy relationship.

many things.. depends on the situation.. sometimes the same thing that can make a person happy would do the opposite the day after.. but generally ppl kindness and surprising things would makes me happy
