I'd get rid of it. And sorry, I don't believe for a second anyone who says they would keep horns or an extra arm. If a person in a wheelchair can't even be out in public without being either stared at or completely ignored as if they have some disease or are mentally retarded, how do you think society treats people with body abnormalies? Even an extra finger would put some people off.

My father was born with 12 fingers, but the extras weren't very well formed, so they were removed. I guess that if whatever I had was functional and not disturbing to see, I would keep it.

A tail would be cool. Babies born with a tail is a regular occurence but these are cut off immediately. This is called an atavistic trait. Creationists hate this!

Being an atheist who is interested in science and understands evolutionary biology, I don't think a pair of horns would make christians feel any differently about me...
