clinique & free makeover?

i only wanna ask few questions, please answer:
1. is clinique skin care products good for acne and combination skin?
2. how to get free makeover on the make-up counters?
3. how to get free sample for skin care product?

1. I do think very highly of clinique, and though I don't use it now, I did religiously for a very long time. Though if it will work for your skin, I really can't answer. From what I remember they have a pretty good return policy, so if you are interested, talk to the sales ppl to be sure, but I think you can buy the products, try them, then if they don't work return them.


2. If you want a free makeover all you have to do is ask. Generally speaking you do have to make a purchase, but if you explain to them that you are thinking about trying there makeup, and really mean it, they will probably be more then happy to give you a free makeover. All you have to do is ask.

3. As with both my other answer, if you want free samples, just ask. What they have will vary, and different ppl are more generous with the samples then others. But if you seem interested, and build a relationship with a particulary sales person, you will defintly walk away with freebies. In fact, I ended up making such good friends with one of the sales ladies, that when they'd have there special offers (like buy X amount of products, and get the "free" beauty set) she would often give them to me free, even if I didn't make a purchase. Or for a much smaller purchase then was actually nessaray.
Obviously I can in no way gurantee the particular clinique ppl in your area will do this, but if you build a relationship with them, they will be more likely to do this.
