hey guyz n gals....wat do u think is more necessary beauty or attitude....why is it so?

This is a very difficult question. If I were to say beauty, people would say, "Oh how shallow!" If I said attitude, people would say, "But that won't get you anywhere."
My thoughts are that personality, attitude, self-confidence is the key. It is a combination of these qualities that a person must incorporate into their character. Beauty alone does just so much. Without the others it is just a shell. Fragile and easily broken. With self-confidence, a person has strength not just physical, it is strenght of character. It goes deep and runs deep.

Both, sort of.
Great, fun, exciting people that are obese or homely or disabled or whatever never get the social credit they deserve. I see it all the time. But for work, as long as they are buried deep in the workings of the business may do well.
But georgeous, Hooters-wannabes, skinny, well dressed (more than likely sleezy looking) brain-dead bimbos get all the attention.
It's sad, since inside, the non-beauties have a lot to offer this world. It happens more to women than men. Look at the press. The women are a lot nicer looking than the men. A few more men are appearing, but mostly they are old gentlemen or larger than they should be for health reasons.
Just a thought from a homely hard worker who watches the world from the sidelines.....

Personality, I like to think that the person I'm with is going to grow old with me friends/boyfriends. I want to know that when they get old I can still love their depth but in youth appreciate their skin deep beauty. Also if they don't have a good personality my relationship with them is cheap because it's based on shallow lust.

Attitude is more important. Attitude is the internal quality while beauty is external and appearance only.

It depends on what is someone looking for. Sometimes everything together. I thin people should take care of themselves,but word beauty can means different things for everyone of us. Why is beauty important? Maybe because sex sells.

Attitude is best than beauty.
If a person's way of talk is not good than what you have of It.
If a person is not look good but talk with you beautifully u like it.

Beauty is fleeting and perception of beauty is flighty. But good attitude and good personality remain.
