If you want a real answer.. DC fails because it lacks what PEOPLE want.. DC has been founded only 5 years before Marvel which should have given them a head start but didnt at all. It doesnt put out.. Marvel has X-men, Spiderman, Fantastic Four, The Hulk, Captain America, Daredevil, Thor, Iron Man.. Theres just always something NEW about Marvel..

Some of the DC characters do tend to be more popular, especially Batman and Superman, but that doesn't make them better. Marvel comics has consistently outsold DC for decades because their characters are way more interesting and compelling to read about every month. Sure Superman is cool, but there's really only so much you can do with him as a comic book character.

I was a very strong DC fan before and I was very reluctant to read any marvel.
But i picked up a marvel and it was very good.
Im still loyal to DC but i'm just saying that they are equally as good. even though marvel has the better movies dc in my own opinion has the better characters.
I know other people don't agree and I totally accept everyones opinion
