there ain't really a way to get out of the contract besides paying whatever the early termination is. you could call and say you are going to cancel or that you want to. maybe they have some type of retention and will give you a new phone to keep the contract. not all of them do though

Sorry yet you signed up for the contract, and in case you examine with the details will see that you only about truly can't get away now by way of undesirable signal after transferring. certainly, part of the fee of a freelance is largely underwriting the fee of the phone - that you truly have on employ purchase till the contract expires. you nevertheless have that so its unlike you're determining to purchase absolutley no longer some thing...

Pay the line rental for 18 months up front. You entered into a legally binding contract, so as you would expect the company to honour their end, so should you.

You can drop out of the contract, but I am pretty you'll keep paying a percentage (if not full amount) of the phone's price.
Try contacting their customer support and check with them. If your monthly bill is high enough, they might be very friendly.

Unless the phone is broken or faulty and you have an insurance policy, then you cannot get out of the contract. It's binding. You signed it.

Don't pay. They'll cut you off. Suing you would cost them a lot of money and their reward would be a piece of paper saying you owed them money.

Tried this one and you can't!
The swines suck you in with a good deal and then leave you with a huge monthly bill and a handset that's as good as useless!
Keep on badgering them though :)
