Without sounding like a complete jerk, my initial reactionary thought was along the lines of you needing to focus more on education and learning the basics of simple English before you worry about a boyfriend, much less worrying about if he spends too much time with his own parent(s).

As far as him caring about his parent(s), what on earth makes that a bad thing? Unless he's in his 20's or older and still breast feeding, then I don't see the issue at hand. I think you need to reevaluate your own standards and principles.

Just remember that if you have children one day, are you going to be offended when your child's partner expects them to not have much to do with you (their very own parent)?? I have a sneaking suspicion you wouldn't be happy.

Of course he does. he spends time with his parents. not with some other gerls. this only shows that he is close to his family. so take this as a good point. one day u might be joining him as a family and u would really appreciate it when he spends time with u as a family rather than him spending time with the guys for beer or something. u lucky u found someone like him.

It depends on his age really, If he is under 18 then his parents may make him spend family time.
If he is over 18 he has his own choice but you shouldn't get upset that he does spend sometime with his parents.

If he is over 18 & barely sees you, then it is time to look for a more mature b/f.

You need to be happy that he cares for his parents. It shows that he'll care and love you too! You could probably join in the fun sometime, and then slowy draw him out for "us" time.
