Please post again and give us a little more info, maybe one of us may be able to help. There are many people who really do care about others, but without understanding, it's harder to help you. Just remember, many of us have had very rough times, too. So we do understand.

Get help today! Go see your doctor and let them know how you are feeling. We all go through bad times in our life and when we are at our worst then it is hard to see brighter days. Is there anything you enjoy doing? Find something that you like to do and concentrate on it. Make yourself happy cause no one else can. Find out why your are feeling that way and try to change it. If you go to Church talk to your pastor. Talk to someone, just dont give up. Fight those feelings and live each day to the fullest. Just DONT GIVE UP!

See a doctor, as soon as possible. They can help you feel better, and help you find a better life, and even joy. I have had counselling many times and they always make an amazing difference, especially if they are Christian. I would recomend it to anyone who is not happy. Take good care of yourself, your are worth it. Best wishes.

Find something in your life to hold onto. I have my children. They keep me going. Without them, I'm not sure what I would do. But when I think of ending it all, I think of them. They would be lost without me. They need me.
Find what it is that keeps you going. Your job, your parents, your children. Whatever it is, hold onto it. Focus on it. Make it your reason for living.
