I would call her a mezzo soprano. She has the range of a soprano, but her voice quality is mezzo: rich and dark.

Yeah I also think she's more mezzo-soprano. Even though you have very wide range, a singer usually shines more in certain range. I think her mid range is more outstanding and brings out more emotion. I know this from my experience in choir, working with professionals.
