why would a political party want to help lazy people?

because thats how they buy votes.....if somebody got the taxpayers to ante up cash so you could play basketball/deal dope in a lighted court at midnight in every inner-city slum in America wouldnt YOU vote for them?....'nuff said

Thats simple. The fat, lazy, worthless, jobless leaches on society get a check every month from the communist (democrat) party. These worthless turds all vote for the communists who send them money they steal from people with jobs.
