The Suns and the Mavs are going at a torrid pace this year. Can they keep it up and will one be the champ?

Sooner or later they will face each other in the playoffs. My guess is for Western Conference Champion. Who will it be in the Finals?

I believe these two teams can keep up the pace,though phoenix seems to be slowing down after their 17 game winning streak,I strongly believe that one of these teams would win the trophy because dallas and phoenix plays at a level which is clearly higher than almost or maybe all the other teams in the league.Phoenix has a very unique offense that involves pushing the ball,passing and they constantly challenge the opposing team to score more points than them with their style of play,which is something that rarely happensMiami repeating?unlike last year they have certain team issues hampering them such as injuries,the poor conditioning of antoine walker and james posey and a whole lot of trade rumors regarding their players,plus they already won it last year,they dont seem to have the same drive and motivation to push them to try to win another championship.The only person keeping their title hopes alive is dwyane wade.I think dallas would win the championship because I believe that "defense wins championships" and the mavs have certainly shown that they are capable of putting the clamps on the opposing team.

You are correct, both teams are going at a torrid pace. My prediction is that the Mavs will make it further than the Suns. Here's why, midway through the season the Mavs are up 2-0 in games against the Suns. Phoenix remind me of the Dallas Mavericks of old. Run and gun, shoot threes and play lackluster defense. Dallas has alot of depth in alot of positions and most everyone has playoff or NBA finals experience (even the new guys Crochere & Johnson.) And with the Eastern Conference as WEAK as it is, I think Dallas will take home the trophy.

Yes I really think they can both keep playing the way they are now. They may slow down a little bit but one of them will win it all. I don't know which one but if I had to say I would go with the Suns! There's no one in the East that can contend with them. The Pistons and the Heat will be good but with the Heats injury's there's no saying how good they may be in the Post season. And the Pistons are getting better and may have a chance but they're not as good as either the Suns or the Mavericks.

Mavs wont suck reason they nevertheless have the comparable gamers and that they've been given a sparkling coach meaning new performs. As for the suns confident they are going to suck reason they have no thought what they do on and of the court docket

Well it's not like Dallas to choke or anything, BUT.....it has happened in the past and will likely happen again. I am not a big Suns fan but the team chemistry is there and if you don't play well you won't beat them. The Suns will make the conference finals but can they win it all....probably not the East looks to strong this year.

yes. i bet one of them will win the championship. both teams are good and very hard to beat. but i would really want to see the phoenix suns win. im a big fan and i want steve nash to have a championship to back up his mvp awards
