make Obama look weak, thin-skinned and even woefully less than qualified to lead this country, with all of their whining about people complimenting him for being articulate? Holy crud! To be articulate is a good thing. Why do liberals feel compelled to try to turn everything concievable into a race issue to use for their own agenda.

Obama is a colossal rookie. I'd be surprised if he manages to come in 2nd place in the first democratic primary. It'll be the same people who are hyping him up now - i.e. liberals who end up destroying him when they realize he doesn't have a real shot at winning.

Having a president that's articulate would be a wonderful change of pace for the country and the world, wouldn't it? After all, it doesn't take a leader who is articulate to start a war or to know how to finish one.

Being articulate is about the only thing Obama has going for him. His supporters are so defensive because they already know his lack of experience is going to cost him the election so they are trying to distract everyone by whining about every little imagined insult! Funny thing is,you don't hear HIM whining"oh you are just against me because I'm black". He's at least smart enough to know that old song isn't going to work.

Where do you come up with this off the wall statement that is not a question. Obama is a viable candidate and articulate is a good thing. It shows his intelligence and education. Personally if the only thing I have resevations about Obama is he has very little experience in the political arena, however nether did John Kennedy, and we all know how that turned out.

OK, I'm lost!
He's only articulate in comparison to the present job-holder. This is important but not the only aspect of his qualities to mention or dwell too long on. I think that's what they're saying....
Try listening, Hot Head!

I do believe it will turn into MORE of a race issue, I have not chosen who I will back yet until I hear all the speeches and make an educated decision.

I was born and raised in Illinois , and do not see what wonderful things he has done in office for them.... If someone knows some please point them out to me....

No What burns me is the fact that they (read Libs) want to scream RACISM if he is not considered, BUT totally feel justified in ignoring the 100% Black candidates potentials simply because they are Republicans. I am FINE with them not wanting them because they are republicans BUT to call anyone else racist because they ignore Obama is a real kick in the head!

Because by complementing him, they are making other blacks in our country look bad.

Perhaps you should not be so thin skinned on this topic.
