I have to operate a Vista (UK) laptop to Orange in France via an old Sagem Livebox. I believe the Livebox is non compat with the Vista as vista only comes out here (In french only so nothing else will work) about now.

Yes I know but the poor old boy has bought a new computer, I said before he bought it to get a Belkin F5D7633 so I could get it to work but I think you can fill in the dots......

vista is too new and most items are not made for it. the software has no patches or updates to work with alot of things. it like the new 64bit systems. most things won't work with it either. people are in too big a hurry to buy something because it's supposed to be better. this is not always true. keep using XP!!!!

DO NOT BUY VISTA, THE FIRST BATCH IS ALWAYS TO TEST IT, YOU WILL ALWAYS GET ERROR MESSAGES THAT YOU HAVE TO REPORT. THEY DID THAT WITH ALL THE PREVIOUS ONES
