Make sure your server is enabled as a print server. To do this to go start and manage server, select new role and enble print server. It will guide you through the new printer wizard. Install it as a local printer on the server and for a port select tcp/ip. Make sure you name the printer.

it is in many cases finished besides the undeniable fact that it is going to rely on the gadget you have as to the tactic you will might desire to apply to try this. if your gadget does not a networking board then all you will choose for is probable a prompt print server (be careful whilst paying for to make useful this is like minded including your printer). yet another technique could be to have it linked to a working laptop or laptop laptop this is an element of your community and function it configured as a shared printer. if your printer has a networking board (often indicated by potential of the presence of a R45 lady connection) purely plug it into your router and deploy the suited drivers on your laptop.
