Hi Jyoti? Are u a over emotional person? If u r a teenager, this tendency is kind of common because you get touchy about everything and are very sensitive in reacting to others' comments, opinions, etc.
SOmetimes, it is the hormones. But don't worry, you can get a pscytaritist to counsel you. He will listen to ur problems with patience and help u to sort them.
Till then, learn to mediate. This will help u to relax and also to become stronger. Don't take people's comments personally, learn to shrug them off.
Entertain urself by reading good books, watching comedy cinema, hanging out with good friends who can make u laugh.

Forget the past and start living in present. Try not to alone and keep your-self engaged in activities you enjoy. Always think positive and do not indulge in self pity. It is not the end of the world. Come on .... collect yourself ..... go out with the persons whose company you enjoy ....... and do not think about Mahesh.

forget the past as time is a big healer i use to cry ver much but after 5 years there is on sweet memmories of sweet movements with her i still love her but i think crying is not a solution the whole world is waiting for us there r manny things to do comon enjoy life forget what happened i would feel to talk to u as i was aslo in the same situation call me 9322942253

Hi jo, I am also in the same problem.one day I met her(Sedhu) directly. I told about this problem to her. She told let us continue our friendship only. now every day I meet or phoned her.now I am all right. SO MEET MAHESH and KICK the problem.

listen;crying is not a solution of all the things ,it means u r having lack of confidence,not able to bear urs souroundings.u must read the books like,how to win in life and also related to YOGA.If possible join the yoga classes,it will dafinately improve ur mental level.but remember,difficult situation r nt so difficult,how we take them in life that is more important,better challange real fact,and dnt hesitate and restricted urself frm any tough task.it is dilusion of mind.THE LIFE IS THE WAY OF THINKG.THINK POSTIVE ALWAYS,then see the result.aiso repeat 10times ,i wnt cry,those who made me cry,i would made them cry with my confidence and with my postive attitude,then see no one be able make u cry.

just go to a blind school or people who dont have parents (esp kids);and as well as spend ur day with nature which gives u so much happy
just see the moon in the sky can't uspeak with that to wipe ur tears and laugh.
