Henderson is basically a Las Vegas suburb. Depending on what end of where you start and want to go, a cab can run you $20 or so. There are public busses, not so much shuttles.

I take it you mean from McCarran airport. There are no free shuttles from the airport to Henderson, and a cab would be very expensive. I don't believe any of the pay shuttle services run to Henderson(Grey Line - etc) but you might give them a call and see, the Las Vegas Advisor site below has all of the phone #'s for the airport shuttles.

you can catch the CAT(bus) from the airport to Henderson. It will cost you $2.50 for a 24 hour pass. Just tell the driver that's what you want when you board. To catch the bus at McCarran, walk towards baggage claim, just before you get there, on your right is an escalator down the sign reads "ground level transportation 0". Go down, out the doors, the bus stop is to your right.

Take the #109 Maryland Parkway "South" >ask the driver, make sure you're going South, the #109 North bus goes downtown. The #109 South bus goes to the SSTT where you can trasfer to either the #212 or #217 from there, then transfer to the #107 or #402 depending on where in Henderson you're going..

There are people on duty at the SSTT who can help you out, as to which bus will get you where you're going.

The only thing that divides Las Vegas from Henderson is an imaginary line in the sand and a sign.

Henderson is only 15.7miles from Vegas (depending where you start out from of course, Vegas is pretty spread out), about 18 mins in a cab.
Don't know how much that will ll set you back. Don't forget the tip too!
If your staying at a casino or large motel check with reception regarding shuttles.

Henderson is now part of Vegas. There are buses, or used to be. I would imagine a cab might be a little pricey as it is probably 20 - 30 minutes to downtown.
