I ask so as i know breasts do sag after breast feeding which is a similar act.

no not during foreplay ,breast sag occur due to gain and lose weight without exercises ,, and after pregnancy due to excess wt. and hormonal changes and du to aging also, all this affect the beast tissue and it's holding muscles so that lead to sagging.

I don't think there is really any reason for your getting pain under the arm or at breasts due to sucking breasts before fore play. In fact foreplay is supposed to make you feel good -- if it hurts during the process or afterwords as explained by you, then tell him to stop or ease up on what he's doing. Hard handling may be the reason. It should be like treating a flower. May be explain to your guy that he doesn't need to suck or press really hard for it to feel really good. If you have started sex recently, it may be so that your breasts are getting bigger due to handling and it may go away after some time. Other than that, I've never heard of breast complications due to too much foreplay in a lady's lifetime. If you are developing some other medical problems, it has to been seen and you may have a second opinion from another gynocologist. -

no.. Breast sag after breast feeding becasue of the weight gain during pregancy and feeding. Whenver you deflate a baloon it's going to be a little saggy! Aging also plays a role in the sag chronicles. But foreplay doesn't have an effect on that at all.

Only if there is a weight tied to them at the same time. Sag is caused by stretched tissue. U should be fine with that.
It's not breast feeding which causes the sag but the rapid growth during pregnancy which stretches the tissue and skin

Definitely not.Breasts sag due to aging,If you take proper care by doing regular breast exercise and proper massage to strengthen the relevant muscles it should not sag.After-all foreplay is to make the partner feel and enjoy as much as you.Help her to get rid of her fears and do not do it if she is not comfortable with it.

Age plays a big part in this one. As the body gets older skin gets looser and everything starts going south. Size can also be a factor in expediting this change.
