Why do girls produce testosterone like guys? And how?

My science teacher says that girls produce testosterone like guys but how? Aren't boys the only gender that produce testorone? Thanks to my teacher, she told me to find out for my hw. What a teacher...

The ovaries produce testosterone for females. It is a very small amount compared to what males have.

ovaries produce it. guys produce small amounts of estrogen too. ever seen a guy with moobs / man boobs? chances are he's producing more estrogen than most. ovaries and testicles are basically the same organ, just in two different sexes.
