O.K. I'll play. "What is it with the Male ego"? If You don't have one You are hardly likely to understand how it works, are You? Most of what You "know" about the Male ego or Psyche is, for the most part, based entirely upon other peoples views and opinions.
Unlike the frail Female ego, the Male does not normally bolster His by adorning His body with makeup, trinkets, pretty colored cloth: cut in revealing ways, fake body enhancing prosthetics, camouflage, chemical agents, or mind altering substances (check out the constituent components of chocolate and their side effects!) in order to get through the average day. All We have is Who We are, and a belief in Ourselves. Tough choice to pick which of the two is doing a better job of handling life, isn't it?
Must away, beautician's appointment, and then a quick "tummy tuck" and "boob job", just so that I can "be My natural self".
