We herd that some countries are helping Al-Quida terrorist and as a Sri Lankan I know that Norway is helping LTTE terrorist in Sri lanka to kill innocent people and to recruit child soldiers.

You cannot completly stop terrorism as it is an expression of anger toward an enemy, whoever that may be. An individual can become one and do terrible things if he/she is mad enough at someone.
World leaders are trying as best they can, but they cant get them all.

Sadly, because so many leaders need terrorism to promote their own political agenda or win elections in their own countries.
