Well since you asked, I have to say if he is short and the way he dress himself. If I don't know his personality yet, the physical attraction is very important for the first impression about a man to me. I have to be truthful.

Most attraction comes from eye contact, confidence, the way you carry yourself ect. It is scientifically proven that attraction is based on how symmetrical your face it, and different women will be attracted to different types of men over others based on the symmetry of their face. Weird hu?

I guess he is totally unattractive if he hasn't shaved for 2 days, hasn't changed his clothes for more than a week, smells, his hair is messy, his shoes are dirty, nails dirty, breath smells like dead cat,

Wow, that personality is what I usually look for.....I am married but I will comment to my husband that "that guy treats his wife like...." or "that guy acts like ..... when his wife isn't around..." Very rarely I notice what they actually looked like. I guess I haven't really thought that way before, thank you for opening new areas for me.
For your answer, though, what I like about my husband is his cute butum, it is so bubbly, and his chest is so rounded and firm its so manly. I never really noticed it before, but his arms are really strong, too.
